Before January is over, most people have already given up on their resolutions. Are you still working on yours?

Want to be my accountability partner? I stay accountable in my stories daily: I read a personal development book, review a daily affirmation, drink my ⚑ pre, share progress photos, work out videos/selfies, healthy meals, etc. Sharing with you is how I stay accountable to my personal health goals; picture or it didn't happen. 😜 Seriously, it's easier to give up on your goals when you're not telling anyone about them.

Turns out we're super alike! We love , , , and . We love and having fun. We even share a birthday!

I love that she's there to support me when I need a push, & I'm glad I get to be there for her too. We both like working on ourselves & helping others. ❀️

YOU HAVE TO SHOW UP.

Even on the days you don't want to. Consistently showing up day after day for yourself is where the change comes from.

It's not going to be easy; motivation won't always be there. You have to choose to show up for what you want ➑️ NO ONE IS GOING TO DO IT FOR YOU.

But you can choose you.

This isn't a quick fix. This is a sustainable solution - one where you can get results & maintain them, but you'll have to put in the work. Good ol fashioned exercise and a healthy diet. πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Favorite combo lately. 🀀

Frozen spinach, frozen berries, & chocolate superfoods.

Gotta boast on those little colored containers too, because they changed my entire relationship with food. ❀️

I've been diagnosed with anxiety disorder, & I manage my symptoms through lifestyle alone. I will not take anxiety medication because I have, and I'll just say I didn't once feel like myself when I was taking meds.

I was an emotional eater, and that lead me into some really unhealthy eating & restriction habits. I've been using these containers and drinking my superfoods for the last 5 years. I don't diet, I eat towards my goals. I eat clean most of the time, but I think it's important to find the balance and enjoy the treats once in awhile!

Do you struggle with anxiety or depression? Do you struggle with binging or restrictive eating habits? I've been there too. I feel you. I'm offering you a solution, one that completely changed my life for the better.

Gotta drink my you know, because I'm an adult & I need to take care of ME✌🏻

I've been drinking this every day for the last 5 years. Why?

You absolutely have to take care of yourself before you can take care of anyone else.

You matter. If you're stretched thin, if you're not committing to your personal goals, you're not going to be able to give anyone else πŸ’― either. Take care of yourself first.

Exercise. Eat food for fuel. Get enough sleep. Meditate. Find what makes you happy and drives your passion to do more. ✌🏻
