🌱 What You Want vs. What Others Expect 🌱
How often do you find yourself saying "yes" to things that don’t truly serve you, just to meet someone else’s expectations? 🤔

It’s so easy to get caught up in the demands of others, but the real question is: What do YOU truly want? 🌟

When we align our actions with our own desires and values, we feel more energized, authentic, and at peace. ✨

✅ Here’s a quick check-in:
What are you doing right now because it’s what you want?
What are you doing just to meet others' expectations? 🤷‍♀️

🔑 Remember, it’s okay to say no to things that don’t serve your needs. Setting boundaries is how you honor yourself, not just the needs of others.

💬 Let me know in the comments — what’s one area of your life where you want to realign your focus this year?

Setting a boundary feels terrifying, doesn’t it?
What if they get mad?
What if they think you’re mean?

Do you ever feel like you’ve set a boundary, only to watch it crumble the moment it’s challenged? It’s frustrating, right? You think, Why isn’t this working? Why do I keep letting this slide?

Here’s the truth: it might not actually be a boundary at all.

Sometimes what we think is a boundary is really just an expectation we’ve set for others—but without clarity on why it matters to us, it’s nearly impossible to enforce it.

This is where Core Values come in.

💡 Why Core Values Matter:
Your boundaries need to be rooted in what’s most important to you—your Core Values. Without that foundation, boundaries can feel arbitrary, making them easier to dismiss when things get tough.

For example:
Expectation: “They should stop calling me late at night.”
Real Boundary: “Because I value rest and self-care, I won’t answer calls after 9 PM.”

See the difference? When you connect your boundary to your Core Values, it becomes about protecting what matters most to you, not about trying to control someone else’s behavior.

If this resonates with you, join me for “Confident Boundaries, Confident You”—a live workshop where we’ll dive into Core Values and how to use them to create clear, unshakeable boundaries that truly work for you.

✨ You’ll leave with the tools, clarity, and confidence to set boundaries that stick—and the chance to ask your questions live.
