At my recent tea gathering, I served two simple yet inspired savory bites for guests Arshad and Seher. ✨
One featured salmon, aioli, and sweet bread & butter pickles layered on a savory crisp—an unexpectedly delicious combination that became an instant favorite.
The second was a fresh apple slice dipped in squeezed orange juice, topped with vegan tzatziki, sweet yellow and orange peppers, and a generous sprinkle of salted pumpkin seeds. 🍎
Arshad told me he plans to recreate it as soon as he gets home!
