June turned out to be a time where I needed to step in and help my elderly mother (100 years) during her final days. Fortunately I have a large family and I was able to come alongside what they were already doing and provide back up. It was a special time for me.

Meanwhile, the BEMER sponsored bicycle team competed in the RAAM (Race Across America Meet) and bested their WORLD RECORD time that they set last year. This was an amazing feat!

Yes, they won, again. Two years in a row. Last year, because of things as they were, racers from other countries didn't compete. This year was back to racers from all over the globe.

Yes, I am still around. It’s just that with summer, I am sticking more to scheduled appointments only, and not waiting for walk ins.

I am drawn outside like all of the rest of you. Course there has been more rain than I am thankful for, and I have been helping ”left brain” (aka hubby, mr creative) do handy man jobs. Last week we put in a 12 x 12ish paver patio. It was when the sun shone, hustle and gettr’ done. I haven’t been so sore in a long time. In my mind I am still 26 and up for it, but now I am much more mature (think age) and there is a conflict going on between the two.

I would take 2 plus hour lunch breaks, find my second wind and go back and try to lay another row, knowing that tomorrow it might be raining all day.
Then I would hustle home and get on the BEMER and try to keep the lactic acid from turning into cement in my body. It still took several days of recovery, but one spot that just wasn’t bouncing back quickly, was my left upper arm. And my right middle finger. ???

Anyway, I decided to take the b.spot applicator and just give the arm my full attention. Finally, it got released and is back to being useable. The middle finger is still stiff, but getting better.

You won't know how much you enjoy feeling physically strong, until you don't. You won't know how good it feels to sleep well until you can't. You don't want to forget how it feels to wake up the next morning refreshed and ready to go. Take some time to review your health plan. Find things that you will do, things you will eat, exercise you look forward to, biohack-type technology that will enhance all these things and live your life well. I repeat. Live your life well.
