Next Saturday Oct 18th! Costumes encouraged!

Join Aly for a Halloween creepy fun family yoga experience, where we’ll learn a spooky breath, and move and explore our bodies in imaginative ways. Our yoga shapes will feature pumpkins, witches, bats, Frankenstein, spiders and black cats. We’ll take a break and read a favorite kid’s Halloween story. This is followed by partner poses, where kids and adults work together to create fun and interesting shapes. This is always a kid's favorite, as there is lots of movement and laughter! $35 is cost for parent + child. $10 per additional child.

Tonight!

In the words of Benson Boone, we need to slow it down...
The balance in a hectic world world is...stillness.

Explore this slow-moving practice with Linda. She'll guide you through a handful of seated postures, with props offered to support you and make the poses more accessible. And then you will pause in stillness, letting the pose marinate for usually between 2-6 minutes! A great practice for body and mind (the mind needs to slow down too, this can be the greatest challenge!)
