Complete Care Solutions was founded by Sonia Mundle Smith who has a stellar reputation in the healthcare field in which she has been working in hands-on patient care for the last 22 years. For the first three years of her nursing career, Ms. Mundle Smith was a nurses aide in nursing homes. She later went on to work in hospital settings where she was trained as Unit Clerk, and Nurse Technician. She

has a BA degree in Education and a B.Sc. degree in Health Care Administration. Mundle Smith is highly favored by some of the most influential people in the Washington DC area, with whom, over the years, she has established relationship as care giver in private homes. She has many references. She is featured in a book, foreword by former President Jimmy Carter, “Nurse A World of Care.” She brings her high level of expectation to her staff, thereby offering quality care, delivered by trained certified staff who possess an extensive amount of industry knowledge and experience. While our agency is relatively new, we take pride in the fact that our management team and our workers come to you with decades of experience. Kristene joined Complete Care Solutions in 2013, in the capacity of Nursing Supervisor. While attending Maryland University, where she obtained her first nursing degree, Ms. Smith worked part -time as a nurses aide at a nursing home. Before joining her mother in business, Ms. Smith worked as a Registered Nurse at Frederick Memorial Hospital and at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital. She obtained both her BSN and her MSN degrees from Maryland University. Smith’s duties will include but not limited to:

Aide supervision
Individual Care plan development
Continued Education training for aides.
