If you’ve been my patient, worked with me in surgery, or needed me in any professional capacity - you’ve had the honor and privilege to work with my surgery scheduler Justice.

Being a surgeon is challenging and there is no way I can do what I do without a great team.

Justice has been my right hand woman. When I tell you the difference she has made in patients lives it is astounding. When I tell you the difference she has made in my life, I can’t put it into words. ❤️

Today is her last day with the clinic as she embarks on a new journey as a stay at home mom. 🤰 Join me in wishing her the best in this next chapter and thanking her for all she has done!

I’ll miss her and her excel sheets 😉

We stand on the shoulders of giants. 🏔️

These legendary surgeons are the foundation of foot and ankle surgery. They are known everywhere they go. I learn SO MUCH from each and every one of them, and this morning I had the honor to share the podium with them. 💪

On the days the weight of the challenges that come with being a complex deformity correction surgeon feel heavy… I think of when I was in training seeing these legends lecture and dreaming of the day I would be there with them. Here I am… doing the work, making the difference, leading the field, and changing patients lives. 🥹

What an honor to fight the good fight with these surgeons.👩🏼‍⚕️

Being a female physician means breaking barriers… breaking barriers of what we “should be” both at work and what we “should be like” outside of work. However, we aren’t just doctors… we so much more, we are whole all on our own…we are friends, wives, mothers, aunts, mentors, colleagues, leaders, lecturers, authors. We redefine “should be” every single day.
