The Greater Des Moines Wellness Alliance is a group of healthcare professionals who provide healthcare services to the Greater Des Moines community and are experts in their respective fields. As healthcare providers,we realize that the overall health of our nation is continuing to decline while conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity are on the rise along with brain and developmental d

isorders. We have a duty to educate our community on prevention and early interventions, while ensuring that our community members have the best healthcare and wellness options available to them. This is why the Greater Des Moines Wellness Alliance was created. Many adults and families utilize an array of healthcare services provided by a variety of health and wellness specialists. Often, there is a lack of cohesion between providers when co-managing a patient. Our goal is to bridge as many gaps as possible and work together during the patient care process to deliver the best quality healthcare possible.
