IMS Board Chair Joel Ryon, MD, and IMS member physician Robert Lopez, DO, visited the West Burlington Independent School District to speak with students in Intro to Patient Care and Health Care Systems about their journeys to becoming physicians.

This visit and talk support IMS’s Operation I.O.W.A. efforts to inspire early interest in health care careers and strengthen Iowa’s future physician workforce.
