The EASIEST way to add more protein to your diet?
Add more of your lean proteins to each meal. This curry typically calls for just a few shrimp so we tire in a halibut flier to bump things up up.
When we think of cutting calories, never cut your proteins--instead eat more of them at each meal to ensure you're getting enough and maintaining lean muscle.
Also, it helps to have a chef-husband whipping this up. π€
