My name is Andrea Morris, and as most people, I am constantly trying to create better health for myself, and my loved ones. I have been on the path to health since I got my BA in Holistic Health in 1994. Since then, I have raised two awesome kids, and sometimes struggled as a single mom, trying to make ends meet. Now that both of my kids are grown, I can now focus more on myself, my path, and help

What is Cold & Flu Season???

In the US we have a candy holiday…🦹🏼‍♂️🎃🧛🏻‍♂️
…followed by a pie & “stuffing” holiday! 🦃🥧🍁
…followed by another cookie and candy holiday…🎄⛄️🎁
…followed up with a boozer holiday 🍾🥂🍹
…followed up with another candy holiday… 🍫🍭❤️
…followed with another drinking holiday…🍀🍺🎩

We call it “flu season” rather than truly what it is…sugar poisoning!!!
