Holding space for people over the years has been one of the greatest honors of my life. I’ve witnessed transformation in so many forms; people shedding old layers, reclaiming lost parts of themselves, and blooming into something entirely new. To be part of that journey, even in a small way, means the world to me. Your trust is something I never take lightly.

Every time I sit with someone, I grow too. You are mirrors, and through you I learn, shift, and heal. There’s something sacred about having real conversations, about listening deeply, releasing what’s heavy, and simply being present together. Coming into work brings me peace.

The work that I do, whether it’s bodywork, energy work, hypnosis, or sound healing, feels like a dance. The energy moves through me in waves, and I follow its rhythm. I listen to what your body and soul are saying, and I respond with care and intuition. It’s not just a job, this is a calling.

I’ve created a new way to learn and experience Reiki, one that’s rooted in embodiment, self-discovery, and energy awareness. This is a 3-week journey that includes:

🌑 Shadow work through guided journal prompts
🌿 Exercises to help you feel and expand your own energy field
💫 Daily meditation and self-practice
🌈 A deeper look into your chakras, aura, and how they interact

This training includes two 3-hour sessions (done privately or as a group), where we’ll go over the material together, practice techniques, meditate, and receive attunements.

The full experience is $325 and is open to anyone feeling called to deepen their connection with Reiki and themselves.
