Happy Kwanzaa from all of us at Primary Health Care!

Kwanzaa is a time to celebrate community, culture, and connection. As we honor the principles of unity, self-determination, collective work and responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, and creativity, we’re reminded of the importance of supporting one another — in health and in life.

We wish everyone celebrating a joyful and meaningful Kwanzaa filled with love, reflection, and togetherness.

Winter can bring more than the “winter blues,” it can trigger Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), a type of depression that follows a seasonal pattern. Symptoms may include persistent sadness, low energy, changes in sleep or appetite, and loss of interest in usual activities.

If these symptoms affect daily life, support is available. At Primary Health Care, we offer behavioral health services to help you maintain mental wellness: phciowa.org/services/behavioralhealth/

Primary Health Care needs your support.

The 340B Drug Pricing Program helps keep prescriptions affordable for our patients. That funding is at risk, and we need your voice to help protect it.

Sign up through VoterVoice to tell lawmakers to defend 340B and patient access to care. It only takes a minute and makes a real impact.
