Meet Micah, the new front desk receptionist and administrative assistant at ForWard Consulting! She brings warmth, compassion, and a calm presence to every patient interaction.
She's easy to talk to and is always ready to lend a listening ear, helping patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Beyond her front desk responsibilities, she also supports the team with internal projects that keep the clinic running smoothly and efficiently.
With a background in customer and community service, as well as a genuine passion for helping others, Micah takes pride in making each patient feel seen, heard- and most importantly, valued.
Micah recently completed her freshman year at Drake University, where she is pursuing a double major in Journalism and Law, Politics, and Society. Her wide range of interests, from watching indie films, to listening to vintage music, to creating pottery- gives her a unique perspective and helps her connect easily with people from all backgrounds.
She's thrilled to be part of a team that cares about diverse healthcare and community at ForWard!
