Did you know that cross-cross-applesauce (I'm a millennial and that still feels weird to say) is NOT good for your spine?⁣

It puts way too much stress on your SI (sacroiliac) joints and loads your spine in a way that can be harmful if you sit this way often. ⁣
⁣
Soooo find me standing or kneeling even though this looks cute 💁‍♀️
