If you can't run without stopping... it's not your fitness.
•It's your approach.
Most people go out too fast, burn out, then think they're "bad at running
Fix these 4 things and you'll stay moving:

1 Slow down way more than you think
* You should be able to hold a conversation. If not, you're going too fast.
2 Run → walk → run (on
purpose)
•Don't wait until you're exhausted. Use intervals like: • 2 min run / 1 min walk

3 Control your breathing early &Inhale through nose, out through mouth.
Stay relaxed—not panicked.

4 Be consistent, not intense &Running
3x/week easy beats 1 hard run where you quit halfway.
Running longer isn't about pushing harder.
•It's about pacing smarter.
Do this for 2 weeks and you'll notice the difference.
