I made a decision to treat my body, mind and spirit better so that I can receive all blessings that are for me. I have been juicing for 21 days straight. I learned so much throughout the process. I love this new version of me and I want to continue this journey towards the highest version of me in this body because I am that much in love with me and I do not want any roadblocks during the process. 💗 Do you know that your love for self is that intentional?

I took mom her oil today. I also decided to take my massage gun with me to see if she would be willing to allow me to give her a massage in her inflamed areas using the gun. She laid down and allowed me to do so. She was amazed at how much better she felt after I gave her the massage. She had a lot of inflammation in her body and the gun broke up some of that inflammation and allowed her to move like she had not been able to for a while. She also did a little shimmy dance for me. Let’s just say that I had to go buy me a new massage gun because she said “this is going to be my new best friend.” She said the massage was unbelievable. 😲 😳😂🤷🏾‍♀️ Utopia Oil and the gun win again. I was also reminded of how some people will choose to stay in pain rather than figure out how to relieve the pain.
