We are thankful for all of you and thankful for your patience as we continue to build community and safe spaces to release and find joy.

We are excited to offer pregnancy and postpartum coaching! Even though we highly suggest hiring a doula for maternal health support, we understand that hiring a doula can be expensive and sometimes tedious. If you need quick guidance and direct connection to resources that prioritize the well-being of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) mothers, we can provide valuable support. As three doulas specializing in different parts of maternal health, we provide evidence and practice based information. We connect with many organizations locally and in other areas that we can refer you to and support you during your motherhood journey.

Join us to release emotions that are weighing you down on Saturday January 27th 4-7pm at Nature's Playhouse. This is an indoor/outdoor event, where we will have activities surrounding releasing our unwanted emotions of built up rage.

As women and mothers, we tend to feel enraged from not being heard, seen, and most of all, understood. Overtime built up emotions and rage can affect our bodies, mood, and health. Learn holistic ways to release unwanted feelings and how we can best support ourselves in womanhood and motherhood.

Every year, 2% to 10% of pregnancies in the United States are affected by gestational diabetes. Diabetes is a disease that occurs when your blood glucose, also called blood sugar, is too high. It affects about 37 million Americans.

November is National Diabetes Month, this year’s theme is Take Charge of Tomorrow: Preventing Diabetes Health Problems. Today is World Diabetes Day.

The symptoms of gestational diabetes may include:

Tiredness
Nausea
Being unusually thirsty
Urinating frequently
Frequent bladder infections
Blurred vision
Sugar in the urine that is detectable with testing
