As we enter this new month of March, spring cleaning comes to mind. My house is one thing, but even more compelling is noticing the physical, mental and emotional clutter that I'm holding onto that keeps me from feeling focused, free and fresh.

Our yoga practice is a great place to engage, uncover and expand our awareness to shed light on how we can transform the clutter by releasing or repurposing. When we connect with spaciousness we feel lighter, brigher and full of possibility.

During the month of March, classes will continue to be held virtually via Zoom. We will practice together on Wednesdays - 4:45 Restorative and 6:00 Flow&Yin. Monthly packages or drop-in classes are available.

Welcome to Maitri Virtual! I believe I have addressed all the mental roadblocks that were holding me back and am now thrilled to bring Maitri Yoga to you via a virtual studio. There will be three classes a week - restorative and flow. Membership packages include Zoom invites to one, two or all three classes and if you are unable to attend live, recordings will be sent out for a 72 hour access. Workshops and other special events are in the works and by the time this era ends, I am hoping to have a physical retreat center ready to welcome this awesome community.
