The start of a new school year can be a very exciting time for both kids and parents. ✨

Here at JNS Health Solutions, we believe it’s important to not only encourage our students to strive for greatness in education, but also to equip them with the tools to stay safe and healthy along the way.

Every parent knows that with a new school year comes new germs — and this season can be especially challenging for children who have immune sensitivities and/ or respiratory concerns.

Here are a few simple tips to help keep your little ones safe, from our home to yours:

🧼 Wash hands often — Encourage regular handwashing, especially before meals and after recess.

😷 Teach proper cough/sneeze etiquette — Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or elbow to help stop the spread of germs.

🥗 Prioritize balanced meals + hydration — A strong immune system starts with good nutrition and plenty of water.

💤 Stick to a healthy sleep schedule — Consistent rest helps kids stay focused and fight off illness.

🏫 Do daily health check-ins — Keep kids home if they’re feeling sick to prevent spreading germs in the classroom.
