This winter, Detroit Yoga Lab is launching a new monthly Signature Series: a collection of 4-week, seasonally aligned series designed to support your practice in a deeper, more intentional way.
Each series will explore a different lineage, rhythm, or teaching method that helps you root into your body, regulate your nervous system, and expand your understanding of yoga beyond the flow.
Because growth doesn’t happen all at once. It happens in seasons. And your practice deserves space to evolve with them.
