DEI (Diversity, Equality, Inclusion) is not just about who gets hired. It can also include curb cuts, entry ramps to buildings, closed captions, large print books, automatic doors, wheelchair access, large seating in public areas, extenders on airline seatbelts, braille on elevators, baby changing stations in restrooms, nursing stations in airports, and much more. Inclusion encompasses adaptations designed to ensure that as many humans as possible can enjoy the world. Getting rid of these adaptations is elitism. Only SOME are able to enjoy community life.
