No matter how big or small, A house without a alter is dead and underground. My altar drips of candle magic wax, fairy dust, ancestral wisdom and strong intuitive energy. I normally keep 3-4 different alters in my house all for different purposes. A personal alter, ancestor altar,
working altar and a open alter of miscellaneous items. Altars can become overcrowded, try to keep them as neat as possible. I noticed when my altars were messy and unkept my magic was off, and my life reflects it. Neglecting it only hurts YOU. Keep a candle lit on your altar at all times to keep it alive. I kept my tarot cards on my altar when they are not in my hands to stay protected and charged, and my readings became stronger. When creating your altar try to think of yourself as a deity, think about how you would like to be worshipped and honored. There is no “how to” on altar set ups. The tools you use to connect wont be the same as everyone else's. No one can tell you what you should or shouldn't have on yours. create the altar that speaks the language of your spirit!

I made this candle with the herbs and oils to assist in spiritual and mental healing so that it transcends to any area of your physical healing. 90% of our physical wellness is a reflection of our spiritual and mental state. In African holistic medicine, they knew that healing the body MUST consist of a focus on not just the physical, but the mind, body and spirit, westernized medicine only focuses on the physical(by experimenting on everyone) demonized the spiritual and institutionalized the mental. In order to experience optimal health all 3 MUST be cared for with a strong focus on the spiritual.

Our head/ORI,is the greatest of all deities which should be offered the right sacrife to or propitation because if all deities failed to render help in time of need our head can never forsake us, because it is spirit that olodumare(god) created with us from heaven,
We realized that so many people don’t know the benefit of propitating their heads,so this is the main reason why we decided to write and explain few things that we need to know about this topic

ORI/HEAD ?
Ori, literally meaning “head,” refers to one’s spiritual intuition and destiny. It is the reflective spark of human consciousness embedded into the human essence, and therefore is often personified as an Orisha in its own right. It is believed by the Yoruba religion that human beings are able to heal themselves both spiritually and physically by working with the Orishas to achieve a balanced character, or iwa-pele. When one has a balanced character, one obtains an alignment with one’s Ori or divine self. It is also believed that Ori be worshiped like Orisha. When things are not going right, Ori should be consulted. And to make things right Ori should be appeased. This is because whatever one becomes or whatever happens in one’s life is as destined by Ori,

HOW OFTEN AM I TO DO IT?
Head propitation can be done every month, every three months, every six months or every year depending on how capable you are. But, it is best if you can do it every month

I pray may our ori/head Ori we always bring us blessings and always support us through difficult times and always celebrate the good times with us
