What a timely reminder!

My own healing for today centered around my ongoing balancing act. Recently that involves the focused balance of being a spiritually awakened alchemist on most days AND being a boundary setting bad ass that takes no s**t from narcissists on other days. 👀😋🤷🏻‍♀️

Although we grow and learn to spend less time in heavy energy, We’ll never be ALL of one thing. The beauty and power of fully embracing ourselves comes from honoring and loving ALL of our multifaceted truth. Denying or resisting the hard parts leads to feelings of shame. The hard parts, the painful pieces, the ugly bits ALL give greater value to the ideal moments. I love you in your fullness, in your authenticity, in your raw truth.

Find peace with ALL of you. I love you.
