✨We are so excited for our upcoming Free Community Yoga class on Sunday, April 7th!

This month we partnered with our favorite local yoga center and our favorite local musician for a Hatha Flow fit for spring! Practice will be led by ✨

Students in attendance will have the chance to register for a free class at and more!

Join us a 12PM in the program room to build community through breath, sound, and movement. Please register using the link in our bio.

😴 I recently came across a post that said “We’re all tired. It’s not a competition.” Ooof, I felt that.

Thinking about the many forms rest can take, I’ve found that 📴Sensory, 💡Creative, and 👥 Social Rest help me feel the most grounded and recharged.
