Happy World Doula Day!
Meet your doula! When I’m not supporting families through birth or caring for a brand-new little one, you’ll find me curled up with a good book, spending time with friends, serving at my church, or singing my heart out in my community choir.
This work is so much more than a job to me—it’s a calling. I feel incredibly grateful and deeply honored every time a mother invites me to walk alongside her during such a powerful, transformative chapter of her life. Supporting, encouraging, and holding space for women as they step into motherhood is something I carry with so much love and respect.
I also want to take a moment to celebrate and thank the incredible doulas in our community. The support, wisdom, and heart that exists within this space is so special, and I’m endlessly grateful to be part of it. We truly rise by lifting one another.
To every family who has trusted me: thank you. It means more than words can say.
To every doula who has held me when I needed the support: thank you. I couldn’t do this work without you.
