We hosted the Conscious Co-Creators of Las Vegas get together for this month. Our topic was Intuition, Nutrition and Ayurveda and Amy Figaro and I were also the presenters. The winds held off and we were able to do a drum journey around the firepit.

The last 10 days I have been doing a cleanse. And now feel gret!
Fall and Spring are actually the best time to do a cleanse. It's the time we are heading into a total change of body temperature.
So many people do one at the new year but that is actually a bad time as we are in the middle of winter and our body needs the extra nourishment.

Here's what I did:
5 days water
infused with magnets, crystals and frequencies, mineral water and
100% organic coconut powder - not all at the same time!
5 days:
Herbal tea blend:
Nettle, dandelion, burdock, ginger, cardamom
Juices
Veggie broth in between:
carrots, celery, onion and seaweed (dulse or wakame)
And water!

The day I broke my fast I thoroughly enjoyed avocado and egg
whites on gluten free pumpernickel toast. And then went out for veggie Pho (no tofu).

Now I think starting in November, I will do a Full Moon fast each month.

It's been 7 years since this tragedy.
Sending love and prayers to the families, survivors and all who helped and are still helping people through this trauma.

A few years ago, I was a volunteer to help survivors still trying to deal with this horrific event. It is such a tragedy that so many innocent lives have, not only been taken, but have changed the way some people live day to day.

And with no side-effects!!Plus Mother Nature still provides these plants to help us heal.But our medical "practitioners"...

But our medical "practitioners" and the media have brain-washed the majority of people that they know more than Mother Nature and you need their pills more than plants. All for the almighty $$$
