Do you know your most authentic self? When I coach people, we work deeply at this. We track and discover the most authentic self, understanding who that is, what they're about, what they live for- and then we work to embody that. Aquarius energy craves authenticity. And this lunation asks you to discover if you're where you truly belong, or if you are just pushing yourself to fit in. So many of us dull our light, our creativity and what makes us unique, in order to make others comfortable or feel more accepted. But it is all these things that create our true brilliance, and really allow us to have the life of our dreams.

This time is about breaking out of confusion and getting the clarity you've been after about your truth. You need to find yourself in the life that you're living, and express who you are to the fullest extent possible.

Remember that when you allow yourself to be fully who you are, that's when you can truly be of service to others and to the world around you. When you do this, you can also find your authentic tribe. Aquarius is very much about groups and the collective. But in this day and age, so many of us feel deeply disconnected from each other. Be bold, be bright, and allow yourself to be seen for exactly who you are. And then, allow the universe to gift you with all that truly is meant to serve you.

One of the first rituals I ever did was a bathing ritual.
I don't think I've ever met anyone that doesn't love to be near water in some way. We are made mostly from water, and most of us return to it for healing. Bathing rituals are powerful beyond measure. The water holds you just as you once were in utero. It is a liminal space that has the power to cleanse your body and spirit.

I love finding ways to incorporate the physical and spiritual, bathing rituals just might be my favorite way. 4 different rituals to 3 dark goddesses, and then a final to find your goddess ally.

Following a dark path means something very different in spiritual terms. It means working with energies, deities or archetypes that are connected to confronting the shadow self. And while this is intense, it can be the most transformative place to be.

Those who walk this path usually find it through adversity- like trauma, illness or some kind of crisis. The dark path shows us how to find meaning out of suffering. And most importantly, how to turn suffering into things like confidence, power, and true, deep self-acceptance.

The dark path has nothing to do with evil or lower energies, but everything to do with potential and possibility.

You may not have come here by choice, beautiful one, but I can assure you that if you are following the dark path, there is in fact incredible light to be found in it.

What is "Dark Goddess energy?"

It is a spiritual archetype that embodies the deeper and shadowy parts of feminine energy, like power, destruction, intuition, mystery and transformation. Different from light or nurturing goddess archetypes, dark goddesses represent the more primal, wild and even fierce parts of us. These parts of femininity have been feared for thousands of years and have been why women have been persecuted throughout history. Diving into them can lead to incredible healing and empowerment.

I was looking at a gorgeous sky this morning, full of huge rolling clouds and light, and I thought about how everyone thinks that it is where heaven is. And it's no surprise to me for how beautiful and mysterious it is. The second I thought this, I heard,"God is right where you are." I know so deeply that the creative energy of the universe is in all things. I felt how connected we are, and how we all walk together. I understood how important it is for us to know that source energy is everywhere, all around us, at all times. It's so easy to feel separate, but we are not. Our egos want us to forget, but our spirits want us to remember.

In this exact, beautiful moment, God, source, the universe- whichever word you choose to call it, is right where you are.

My first time ever finding a witch's stone on the banks of lake huron✨

Hag stones, or witch's stones, are used to see between worlds. They're believed to alter your perception to be able to see through the veil, and usually, into the fairie realm or space of nature spirits. It's a beautiful belief, as we exist in such a multifaceted reality, that is not at all what it seems to the naked eye.

These stones are formed naturally through moving water and are believed to provide protection, warding off negative energies. It is thought that darker energies are heavy, and large, not able to pass through the center. But lighter, positive vibrations, can move easily through.

There are many beliefs connected to these stones, and I can say that to find one, is truly magical.
