Hydration - Many of us think we have good hydration because we drink plenty of water, yet we still might feel thirsty or low on energy.
We are rarely told that for hydration to really work our body must have salt to help the cells absorb the water.
There are 2 ways to hydrate.
1. Upon waking put a few flakes in a half glass of water and drink before having anything else in your system.
2. Take a salt crystal, place it under your tongue and let it dissolve, then drink half a glass of water.

Ideally, with both methods, it is important to wait between 10-30 mins before consuming your next glass of water.

Sea salt, maldon, himalayan, kosher or celtic salt are best.
Also, try to drink filtered or natural water rather than tap water.
