Dr Kim was so fortunate to have the love and support of her grandparents and now Grandma has joined Grandpa and can watch over Dr Kim and the office!! With the time change and the sun peaking in and out, this is the time to make sure you are getting your Vitamin D! ☀️Typically Dr. Kim recommends you to go outside to get your daily dose of Vitamin D, but with the sun setting earlier your time is limited!

Did you know you need a UV index of 3 or higher to absorb Vitamin D from the sun? Right now it is at a 3 from 12-3pm but it might be a little chilly to stay out for 30 mins in shorts and a t-shirt, as you need to have your bigger muscle groups exposed to the sun for 15-30 mins.

The best way to get your Vitamin D this fall/winter is through a Vitamin D supplement. We keep in stock Vitamin D3 + K to help with absorption, right in the office!
