Hannah Watt I am unbelievablely proud of you - Joining Catalyst June 2024 when we first opened our doors as an RBT, and by July 2025 she stepped into her role as a PLBA.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide high-quality ABA therapy oversight

• Support skill development in communication, social skills, and daily living

Requirements:
• Current BCBA certification (or in final stages of certification)
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
• Strong communication and leadership skills
