Angel Tree!

Dear Patients,
As many of you know we at Wellness First Medical Center like to support those in need as much as we can. This year we are adopting 3 families who have had a particularly hard year. The kids ages span from 7 to 18. We want to help ease some of the struggling these families have endured by giving the kids a special Christmas. The deadline to deliver the gifts to the office is Dec.17, 2024.

We have also joined with a local nursing home to provide Christmas for elderly who have no friends or family members to support them. The deadline to deliver these gifts to the office is Dec. 9, 2024

If you would like to help, our Angel Tree has ornaments on it with the list of gifts for you to choose from. Please take one to the front desk and make sure the staff writes down your name and which ornament you took with you. Please bring the unwrapped gift to the office by the respective deadline. We will be happy to wrap the gift for you.
