🌿Sister Circle: Reconnecting with creation

Join us for a sacred gathering of women as we come together in community, reflection, and healing. This Sister Circle is a nurturing space to slow down, reconnect with the wisdom of our Earth, and support one another on our personal journeys.

During our time together, we will move through a series of grounding and heart-opening practices designed to help us release what no longer serves us and plant intentions for the path ahead. Through ritual, meditation, movement and shared presence we will create a supportive circle rooted in connection, healing, and growth.

✨ **What to Expect:**
• Grounding meditation to connect with the Earth
• Seed planting to set personal intentions(each participant will go home with their own planter)
• Water release ceremony to let go of what no longer serves you
• Gratitude cacao ceremony
• Sound healing and guided meditation
• Sister circle sharing and discussion on how we move forward

This gathering is open to women seeking connection, reflection, and a deeper relationship with themselves, the Earth, and community. No experience with meditation or ceremony is needed—just come as you are.

💛We all know meditation and mindfulness is good for our mental health and so much more! But finding the time to fit it in can be difficult and once you do fit it in, it can be even more difficult to get into that meditative state.
💛I find that sound therapy not only can be one of the most helpful ways to get a person into that meditative state but also helps a person stay in that state for longer periods of time.
💛Start fitting your mindfulness practices into your schedule. Every other Monday at 6pm join Radiance by Chelsey for a sound journey to open up your energetic pathways and to help find that meditative state.

That’s exactly what drew me into facilitating Sistership circles. I was tired of feeling depleted after social interactions with small talk and gossip.
