This is how we ended our morning workout. We added bands to make this a total of 630lbs of resistance not counting the plate, weighted vest, or body weight.

This workout constantly keeps tension on your ligaments and muscles to make you a more explosive, effective athlete!

The boys don’t get in the gym to train often. We don’t train for strength. They don’t even lift weights very often. Strength is just a by product of all the things we do in LaMarr’s sports performance training. They all benched last week on the Smith Machine and got PRs. The boys are beasts!

Ben is only 13 and has been training with SL on Saturdays for 8 months. We can’t wait to see how Ben excels in his sports this year!

Hard work is paying off! Isaiah has been consistently training with LaMarr for almost two years.

After his workout, Isaiah carried a 300lb tire up an incline (and then back) while pulling a sled 170lbs and wearing a 10 lb weighted vest. When you include his body weight, this means he is producing 2,160 lbs of force with each step.

This workout is all about mental strength, physical strength, grip strength and balance.
