Congratulations on your treatment! Here are some things to keep in mind after your treatment is finished:

✨Refrain from va**nal s*xual activity for 48 hours after treatment

✨Keep area moist by applying Aquaphor or Vaseline ointment to the treated area

✨Gently cleanse with mild, hypoallergenic soap (Cetaphil) as needed starting the day after the procedure

✨Use cold compresses or cold gel packs (20 minutes on; then 20 minutes off) as needed for swelling and discomfort

✨Wear loose, cotton underwear

✨Avoid wearing panty hose and tight-fitting pants

The TempSure Vitalia probe is smaller than the width of a finger and the entire treatment is pain free! These treatments will last approximately 30-45 minutes with no down time.

The MonaLisa Touch treatments are ablative, so there can be some mild discomfort during treatment. Typically, patients experience no discomfort during the internal treatment, but they often describe the sensation of “stinging” during the external portion of the treatment. Treatments will last around 10-15 minutes, and we DO offer topical anesthetic prior to each treatment. You can return to normal activity immediately following treatment. In*******se should be avoided for the first 24-48 hours following each session.

Meet the providers at Refined Dickson!

✨Dr. Amanda Haneline was raised in Dickson, Tennessee and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin. She obtained her medical degree from ETSU Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, Tennessee and completed her OB/GYN residency at UT Chattanooga, affiliated with Erlanger Hospital. Dr. Haneline is board certified and an American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology fellow. She loves to spend time with her family. She and her husband are enjoying raising her four children in the community that raised her.

✨Dr. Jenna Peplinski is from Appleton, WI. She received her medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine-Carolinas Campus and completed her residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ. She and her husband are enjoying their time in Dickson as newlyweds.

✨Jennifer Gorzny, FNP was born and raised in Dickson, TN and is a graduate of Belmont University. She has worked in primary care since 2014 and has enjoyed making the switch to her new role in women’s health. In her spare time, she enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, working on art projects, and baking in the kitchen.
