I am starting a group to support folx in CO and TX who have been struggling since Roe was overturned (haven't we all).

Overturning Roe: Understanding & Addressing Your Emotional Response With Education & Support is 6 weeks long and will begin 7/19.

This group will be held on Tuesdays at 5 pm MST/6 pm CST and will consist of 30 minutes of psychoed (trauma, DBT skill building, etc) and 30 minutes of processing.
The group will cap at 10 members, if there is more interest I will open a second group.

Do you struggle using the word "trauma"?

Trauma is a big word that carries a lot of weight. Many people are hesitant to identify their experiences as traumatic, often minimizing them because they think that others have it worse than them.

Your pain is your pain, you don't have less because someone else has more. Read that again.
