Partnership for a Healthy Lee County We are the Partnership for a Healthy Lee County (PHLC) which is composed of various agencies and organizations within Lee County.

Our goal is to strengthen community support and resources. We focus on four priority areas: Heart Disease, Mental Health, Obesity, and Substance Use Disorder.

UPCOMING! This Thursday, we have our Kevin Polky speaking event at 6pm at the Dixon Elks! We have an extra window of opportunity for those who may still like to attend, registration is OPEN again! Don't miss this!
