Cutting out random foods, popping probiotics, or chugging ginger tea might give temporary relief, but if you don’t address why you’re bloated in the first place (low stomach acid, gut dysbiosis, sluggish digestion, etc.), the bloating will keep coming back.

Your body can’t properly digest food when it’s stuck in fight-or-flight mode.
