So many tragedies this weekend in our small community leaves all of us feeling so helpless and wanting to help however we can. It's not much, but I would like to offer my services as a licensed professional therapist at no cost to anyone who has experienced first or second hand trauma as a result of the any of the events from this weekend.

The thing i can do is offer limited no-cost sessions (1-2) of EMDR to address flashbacks, intrusive thoughts or other acute trauma symptoms to help calm the nervous system.
