My mom, Linda, battled silently with mental illness. She was strong, loving, and complex — and she taught me more than she ever knew.

Her journey is the heartbeat behind OX Naturals. Her memory lives in every product, every post, and every mother I help move from chaos to calm.

To every mother out there:
You are seen. You are enough. You deserve peace.

Let’s not just survive motherhood — let’s learn to enjoy it, heal in it, and be fully present for ourselves, too.

📢 Why I Started This Business & Why Mental Health Advocacy Matters

I started this journey in honor of my mother, who lost her battle with mental illness. Her struggle, and the struggles of so many others, showed me how critical it is to create spaces for healing, self-care, and organization in our lives. Mental wellness isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity.

Through my brand, I help women take control of their lives, set boundaries, and create calm from chaos.

Whether it’s through life organization, natural wellness products, or my coaching, every piece of what I do is rooted in the belief that mental health should be prioritized, not pushed aside.

That’s why I stand with NAMI’s Mental Health Movement, demanding better mental health support, research, and access to care. Change starts when we raise our voices and take action. You can be a part of this movement by signing the petition to push for better mental health policies and support.
