The SERVE Act mandates eating disorder education for military leaders, but it needs implementation. Education and prevention are key, especially regarding body composition assessments. Service members need to know the risks and consequences early on. Many leaders admit they've never discussed eating disorders, despite a significant portion of the military struggling. Conversations must happen.
