Completing our 10 month journey through the Yamas and Niyamas together, we land on Isvara-Pranidhana, or Devotion to the Divine.
Any way you choose to embrace this concept is welcomed and accepted in Yoga.
We join together, from different backgrounds, walks of life, experiences, traumas, etc… and we practice seeing the Divine in each other, and in ourselves.

🌙 In this circle, we’ll gather in sisterhood to honor water’s power to cleanse, soften, and restore. Together we will:

🌊 Connect through guided meditation
🌊 Explore the wisdom of flow + release
🌊 Create sacred ritual bath salts to take home
🌊 Share + reflect in a supportive circle

Your handcrafted bath salts will become part of your own home ritual — a reminder of your intention to release what no longer serves you and invite renewal.
