Freeing the penguins from their ice eggs was definitely one of my favorite activities this winter! The students were so engaged in their exploration! I love watching the joy and learning unfold for the children of Sandpoint at Mountain Playschool!

There wasn't very much snow in Sandpoint this year, but our students at Mountain Playschool sure had fun with the little bit that we had!

I love letting students influence their environment! The kids have been having so much fun playing in the rice with animal figures and other wood toys, but yesterday, they decided to add the igloos. So, I decided to reset the sensory table in support of their new interest. The new setup was the main focus of today's play!
