Our approach to physical rehabilitation ensures that family caregivers are equipped and confident to provide safe support to their loved ones once they return home from a hospital stay with us. Plus, once patients are back in the community, PAM Health’s monthly support groups can be a resource not just for them but also for family members and caregivers.Family caregivers are integral to PAM Health’s commitment to supporting patients throughout the continuum of care.
