Welcome to Lily’s Healing Start-up Cause page! I am excited to share my metaphysical view (the study of the spiritual view of physical life) of my findings, thoughts, and beliefs of all things that can cause & have caused some form of trauma starting with my own experiences. True metaphysical reality is the study of the nature of reality. A correct understanding of reality can lead to thoughts, feelings and actions that result in a healthier, happier, more prosperous life. As humans, we comprehend our perspective of reality by submitting ourselves to complex mazes of belief in order to help up perceive our own reality. Basically, we form complex puzzles in our mind in order to distract ourselves away from a possible truth we don’t want to believe. We are raised to not cry & hold things in resulting in regressive coping which is bad for our health.
Today’s psychological thought largely concurs, emphasizing the role of crying as a mechanism that allows us to release stress & emotional pain. Regressive coping has been linked to a less reliant immune system, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, & mental health conditions included stress, anxiety, & depression.
My goal is to have a platform where I can share thoughts, tools & resources that help with strengthening our mind, body & soul through metaphysical healing techniques. A few topics I will be covering are:

I am currently writing for my book, my story to share with everyone hoping it helps and guides you all while on your journey. I am also working on creating a blog, podcast, and other mystical products coming soon. While on my journey, I couldn’t find anything to help me “see” so I decided to realize my purpose and the path I need & want to take.
