We’re excited to announce our Mind Champ 12U & 14U Checking Clinic featuring former NHL player Riley Cote. 🏒

This clinic is designed to help young players learn the proper way to give and receive a check while building confidence, awareness, and control on the ice.

🧠 Mindful Hockey Approach
Players will begin with an off-ice mindfulness session focused on rhythm and focus, then take it to the ice to work on real checking scenarios.
