Our bodies are designed to move and we need to move to keep our bodies strong!!!
One way to keep our bones strong is to incorporate resistance training into your routine at least 3x week. You can use your own body weight, resistance bands, or dumbells( weights).πͺπ€
Weight training burns fat, increases your metabolism, builds strength,and helps with weight loss!!!You burn calories up to 1 1/2 hours after you lift weights!!!π
