As we celebrate the day of Jesus birth and spend time with family ,I want to say Thank you. Thank you to all the families that allowed me to walk alongside you this year. I’m beyond grateful for all the beautiful connections that were made every step of the way.

When contractions follow the 5-1-1 rule every 5 minutes, lasting 1 minute, for 1 hour your body is likely moving into active labor 🤍

This guideline helps parents know when it may be time to head in and call their birth team and head to the birthing place !
✨There are times when this rule doesn’t apply but this is a good guideline for when to head to the hospital or birth place of course always consult your Doctor,Midwife and Doula .
