The important part to losing weight is eating the right things that fill you up so you aren’t running back to the kitchen or grabbing fast food throughout the day.

Aim to get 30-40g of protein each meal as well as adding some good fat to help keep you full. Keeping your diet low in carbohydrates will prevent insulin resistance, obesity, and heart disease.

Aim for these macro nutrient goals to get you started:

-30-40 grams of protein per meal
-less than 20 grams of carbohydrates per meal
-20-30 grams of good fat per meal (cheese, butter, nuts, olive oil, avocado, fish)

The Breakfast Burrito
-3 eggs
-1 serving of baby yellow potatoes
-1 oz of favorite cheese
- 1 extreme wellness wrap

Substitutes- add your favorite meat for the potatoes and keep the carbs super low for faster weight loss.

30 grams of protein, 20 grams of carbs, 18 grams of fat
