Last night I had the pleasure of offering a Sound Workshop to ten of our practitioners at Kin Wellness and Support...and what a fun night we had! These practitioners, who work in Yoga, Reiki, Reflexology, and Access Bars, learned how to incorporate sound into their sessions to create a peaceful, relaxing, and healing environment for their guests. Special thanks to Foundations Community Partnership for providing Kin with a $1500 grant so that we were able to purchase these beautiful sound healing instruments. We are all looking forward to sharing the magic of sound with our guests at Kin!

It was a magical night last night as we traveled to different realms of healing by way of guided imagery from Francesca at Mind Ur Cells and sound from Andrea .in.Harmony_. Special thanks to Angie Lee for sharing her beautiful space with our guests from Kin and to Beth Cady for always being there to lend a huge helping hand and create a welcoming space for our guests!

Guided Imagery & Sound Bath for
Relaxation and Healing

Join Andrea Bodies in Harmony and Francesca Mind Ur Cells and unplug from your day in this deeply relaxing and healing synergistic experience combining guided imagery and sound healing. Allow the guided imagery to take you on a journey that mentally directs energy toward healing areas of the body. Drift away into a deep meditative state as the different frequencies and vibrations of the instruments wash over your body, allowing you to shift from a more active state to a more relaxed, almost dreamlike state. All paths lead to releasing stress, worry and physical tension, and regaining a sense of peace, calm and self-healing for the mind, body and spirit.

This event is reserved for our friends at Kin Wellness Center and is not open to the public.

Beyond grateful to be able to co-create an amazing Access Bars practitioner training with Veronica Ebu Isaac-Parker and Kristina Kunzi-Fenimore at Kin. It was such a fun day of learning, gifting and receiving Bars with such a beautiful group of women. I'm so excited to see what endless possibilities are awaiting our new practitioners. How does it get better than that?!

You will receive a manual, picture chart and certificate upon completion.

It can be a bit cumbersome at times to travel with all of my instruments to see clients at different locations.
Fortunately, today, my clients from came to see me!
In today's sessions, we worked on improving the flow of energy and balance to the seven main chakras by combining Reiki with Sound Healing techniques. I incorporated various instruments such as Tibetan and crystal bowls, Native American and ocean drums, gongs, flow chimes and other sound tools. The sounds and vibrations produced by these instruments work synergistically with the Reiki energy to clear energy blockages, release tension, and restore balance to the chakras.
I think it's safe to say that my guests left feeling better than they did when they arrived 🙂

Distance Reiki, like traditional Reiki, aims to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being. The idea is that energy can be transmitted across distances. Energy is not bound by time or space, so practitioners can transmit healing energy to clients anywhere in the world without physical touch. Time constraints: Distance Reiki offers flexibility in terms of scheduling and can be received at any time, wherever the recipient may be.

Continuity of care: People who have experienced the benefits of Reiki during in-person sessions may choose distance Reiki to maintain their healing progress or to address ongoing concerns when they are unable to meet with their practitioner in person.

This past week I had the honor and pleasure of returning to in Baja, Mexico to assist my beautiful Reiki Master at a Reiki Master Teacher Training & Retreat. I was reunited once again with my Yandara YTT soul sisters and and our yoga mamma and was blessed to share the week with 17 new Reiki goddesses. Together we learned, we laughed, we cried, we bonded under the full moon and blasted into the astral realm during a sound bath experience. We opened our hearts to one another, and we became family. My heart is so full of love & gratitude for the experience, and I will look forward to when our paths meet again. Reiki Flow! Reiki Love!

Just for today I will not worry. Just for today I will not be angry. Just for today I will be grateful. Just for today I will do my work honestly. Just for today I will be kind to all living beings. (Reiki principals)

Spent some time under the stars last evening sharing sound and reiki love with our friends at .
Special thanks to Olivia for being my other half and contributing your special gifts and talents to the sound bath portion of the evening. And to Brette for sharing your beautiful gift of channeling reiki energy with our guests. We were all floating in a state of peace and calm by the end of the event. Thank you to Keith and Kristina at Kin Wellness and Support for always welcoming us with open arms. It is an honor and a privileged to be a part of such a special organization 🖤🖤🖤.

Always a pleasure collaborating with at the beautiful in Doylestown. Tonight's event was for a special group of friends....three of whom have birthdays today! What are the chances of that?!
